Friends,

If you told me five years ago that I’d be writing this email, I wouldn’t have believed you. The hamster wheel of marketing agency life was spinning so quickly that I didn’t even realize that I was the hamster inside.

Stepping off the wheel wasn’t quick or easy and I couldn’t have done it without constant support. From the folks who came to my Heath Ceramics pop-up, to those who have placed orders, to my loyal taste-testers, I want to thank each and every one of you. With your support 2025 will be a big year for baking beyond organic and sharing my passion for heritage products.
